As realtors, we are required to take 12 continuing education (CE) credits. I always take advantage of educational opportunities and tend to exceed our realtor requirements. This year, we were lucky to have Graduate Realtor Institue (GRI) education in Helena. People that know me, know I will be at as many tax classes as I can!
Here is a list of the classes and 28 CE credits I took in 2011.
- WHAT'S FAIR IS FAIR - 2 CE credits
- THE ART OF NEGOTIATION - 2 CE credits
- 1031 WAR STORIES - 4 CE credits
- WHAT EVERY REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL SHOULD KNOW ABOUT GREEN - 4 CE credits
- TAXATION OF REAL ESTATE - 4 CE credits
- GRI 201 TAX COURSE - 4 CE credits
- TAXATION & INVESTMENT PROPERTY - 4 CE credits
- FOR YOUR OWN GOOD: THE REALTOR CODE OF ETHICS - 4 CE credits
- SUPERVISING BROKER II - 4 CE credits
